During my work experience with the Bath Chronicle, I sat in on a board meeting where my various seniors discussed their need for a freelance photography on an upcoming photographer. I jumped at the chance to take photos of an '80s cult TV star - something that would definitely look impressive in my portfolio - and so I volunteered, something I'm glad I did.
